Together with our clients, risk managers, logistics and plant planners and, in some cases, management consultants, we develop strategic target planning for customer sites and factory premises for our medium-sized clients as well as for corporate groups. We describe this service as “service phase 0”, as it precedes all other building-related planning.

Together, we work out how a site needs to be developed in the medium term in order to optimally reflect the requirements and development potential of our customers. Many factors play a role here that go far beyond architecture and engineering, such as risk analyses, material and production flow charts and the consideration of relevant relocation scenarios.
